MEET THE TEAM

Your safety and security is very important to the staff at Vivitar Security Systems. Our entire team has dedicated themselves to ensuring that we only install the very best safety and security systems into the homes of our customers. We would like to take a minute to introduce you to all of the hardworking staff that help us to bring our security solutions to life.

Kevin Lindholm – President/Sales

Kevin has been in the security industry since 1990. He started as an installation foreman and worked his way up to project manager by 1998. In 2002, he became the operations manager and continued to manage all of our large projects. In 2015, Kevin took the reins of our company by becoming our president. He holds California State Contractors Licenses in B and C10 classifications as well as our Alarm Company Operator License. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys riding his Harley Davidson® motorcycle and ocean fishing for tuna. The entire staff here often hears stories about the one that got away. Ryan Watkins – Senior V.P. Operations

Ryan started working at Vivitar as an installer in 1999. He was promoted to installation foreman in 2005 and worked his way up to project manager and UL accounts manager in 2012. In 2015, Ryan became our company’s senior V.P. and became responsible for day-to-day operations as well as reviewing all existing and new products we offer. With his MSIS background, it is no surprise that his passions are computer related, which increases his value to our team. When he is not getting his nerd on at work you can find Ryan tearing it up out in the desert, camping and off-roading with his jeep and quads. Marion Schwanbeck – CFO

Marion has worked at Vivitar Security Systems for more than 30 years and previously worked for Vivitar Corporation in their accounting department. She started with our company as an office manager and, in 2015, became our CFO. She knows our company inside and out and is the go-to person for all questions and concerns. When not working, Marion enjoys reading, visiting the ocean, and the occasional whale watching expedition. Spending time with her family is high on her priority list as well. Bill Day – Installation /Project Manager

Bill has worked at Vivitar for more than 30 years. In 2015, he became our installation/service/and project manager. Bill always thought offices were too stuffy and prefers working out in the field. He manages all of our large scale installations, which means he is out and about on site walking jobs and estimating. He is also a great teacher and oversees our technical and customer service training for new hire technicians.
